Innovative Solutions approached us with the idea of developing an expert knowledge base platform with the elements of gamification and monetization for knowledge and experience exchange.
Solution
We started by implementing best ITIL practices such as KBE (Knowledge-Based-Engineering). This way we could find the most suitable architecture solution to get the best value for the business. Then we started creating a Web platform that helps users to get answers to their questions. The platform is where interaction between clients, experts, and analysts happens allowing them to find the resolution to a particular problem and exchange their knowledge and experience. The platform contains gamification elements to get experts and analysts more keen in participating and engaging new users. It is scalable and can handle high-load.
