How we met your business?

Hey, guys, did we ever tell how we met you? It took us ten years, maybe eleven (this series doesn’t have a finale, yet). We will not lie – for these ten years, we were in numerous relationships with companies big and small. With some, we were for days, with others – for years. We were throwing our hearts into it. Even more, we were throwing the best solutions, frameworks, professionals into the relationships.

All these relationships made us who we are – a perfect match for business process automation on Atlassian, Agile, and ITSM. Is it time to meet, or shall we wait for another season?

2009 – 2012. Stop working 9 to 5. Start 24/7!

The team of talented developers quit their comfy offices and positions to start something on their own. Polontech started as a custom software developer for mobile apps, web platforms, and Java solutions. We were providing custom solutions for about 30 companies annually and acquired our first big projects for Jira and ITIL. These years, MTS – the largest telecom in the Eastern Europe and Asia – started with ITIL-led Service Desk by our experts.

2013-2014. Two years’ intensive course

The focus on complex implementations and in-depth consulting for business process improvement boosted our expertise. At the same time, our clients among world-leading companies established the highest service standards which we adhere to so far. ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and Atlassian consulting became an increasingly important area.

2015 – 2016. Focus on ITSM, Agile, Atlassian

Specialists in everything are specialists in nothing, we thought and conveyed all development projects to a separate organization. Since then, we focused purely on ITSM, Agile, and Atlassian implementations, consulting, and deep optimizations. The two years gave us a major leap as the international business automation experts.

2017 – 2020. Experts worldwide

Succeeding in large consulting projects, we are not only implementing knowledge, but also sharing it in the conferences worldwide and giving free consultations for BPA, Agile, ITSM, and Atlassian. Large corporations to startups – we don’t care about the size but seek out nearly impossible tasks.
