You guys are definitely using different time tracking add-ons in JIRA. But there are  issues that could affect your current work in JIRA while moving from one time tracker to another. The most common problem is to remove system administrator in JIRA add-on.

There are two options to handle it:

1. You should be a system administrator to modify system administrator user.

There are two different grades for administration in JIRAadministrator and system administrator. If you’ve lost control to system administrator account totally – please follow the GUIDE

2. If you re using JIRA OnDemand – you don’t have administrator privileges, so you have to contact vendor support to resolve this issue.
